Jacob is a skilled policy analyst serving clients across the firm, with a focus on tech, artificial intelligence, and competition policy.

Prior to joining Mindset, Jacob served as a Senior Manager at a government relations firm, where he developed hands-on expertise across a range of complex policy areas, including artificial intelligence, surveillance, privacy, real estate, and tax. He also gained early experience through internship roles in strategic intelligence, human rights law, voter protection, and a Congressional campaign.

A native of Washington, D.C., Jacob holds a BA in Government and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, where he focused on public policy, leadership, and the intersection of politics and behavior.

Jacob’s hidden talent: He enjoys surfing and is a hot yoga practitioner.
