Will is an experienced regulatory analyst specializing in capital markets and financial services issues affecting institutional investors.
Prior to joining Mindset, Will served as a Senior U.S. Policy Analyst at the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. In this capacity, he led regulatory engagement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Labor, representing the perspectives and interests of institutional investors across diverse sizes, asset classes, and geographies. During his tenure, Will contributed to regulatory consultations, collaborated with policymakers, and communicated policy developments to hundreds of investment management firms and asset owners. His work has spanned topics including investor and corporate disclosure, private market access, corporate governance, and fiduciary duty, among others.
Earlier in his career, Will was an Account Executive for Qorvis Communications in Washington, DC, and a Government Affairs Coordinator for Cardinal Innovations Healthcare in Charlotte, NC.
A proud Buckeye, Will holds a BA in Public Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University.
