Steve Clagett

In his current role at Mindset, Steve supports clients across the financial services sector, particularly in capital markets.

Before joining Mindset, Steve held several positions in government relations and public affairs. He worked as an International Economic Policy Intern at the American Action Forum and as a Legislative Intern for Representative Chris Smith (NJ-04). Steve also served as a Search Fund Analyst for Blue Glass Capital and as a Public Affairs Intern for Edelman Brussels. He also worked on several state and local political campaigns in his home state of New Jersey.

Steve graduated from American University with a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government (CLEG).

Steve’s hidden talent: He is an avid disc golfer and can often be found playing the different courses in the D.C. area.
