Vi is a policy strategist with a strong background in legislative processes and proven expertise in advancing policy initiatives.

Prior to joining Mindset, Vi served as the Deputy Legislative Director for Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan (D-MP), where she led the health policy portfolio and oversaw the Congressman’s efforts on the House Education and Labor Committee.

Vi’s hidden talent: She has performed on over 10 musical instruments, including accordion, bassoon, and taiko.
