Sean Hickey

Sean joins Mindset as an investment banker with experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sectors. His most recent role was as an Investment Banker at Northland Capital Markets, where he was instrumental in executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as capital raises in both primary and secondary markets. He also played a crucial role in ensuring the firm’s adherence to FINRA and SEC compliance regulations.

Before joining Northland Capital Markets, Sean worked as an analyst for the asset management and underwriting team at JLL. In this role, he managed a diverse portfolio of multi-family, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He worked with federal agencies such as HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, ensuring that loans and properties met stringent compliance standards.

Sean’s diverse background, which includes experience in both capital markets and real estate asset management, positions him as a versatile and knowledgeable professional in the financial industry. This breadth of experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to his work.

Sean holds a BS in Finance from the University of St. Thomas
