Ian is an organized problem solver who brings political, non-profit and trade association experience to Mindset. Before joining the Mindset team, Ian ran a Congressional campaign back home in Southeastern North Carolina. A veteran of campaigns large and small, he relishes keeping things on track and knowing the whos/whens/wheres of every situation.

Ian is also a moderately skilled violinist.
