Anna Yanker

Anna knows Mindset and its clients inside and out, having spent most of her career building and deepening relationships for our team. Ever-diligent and agile in her approach, Anna has spent most of her career helping to build and support Mindset’s advisory practice across clients, with a particular expertise in housing policy, consumer finance, and financial services more broadly. She also leads Mindset’s advocacy work on behalf of a children-focused nonprofit.

Anna focuses on addressing the regulatory, legislative, and market factors Mindset clients face, and tailors her plans for congressional and administrative action with those risks and opportunities at the forefront.  She is always willing to pitch in and fill gaps and is a recognized leader on the Mindset team whether she’s advising clients, advocating for their interests, or helping us strengthen our connections with each other internally.

Before stepping into her current role as Principal, she served in a number of other roles at the firm. Prior to joining Mindset over a decade ago, she held a post as a legislative analyst with the Vanderbilt University Office of Federal Relations and has also worked in the executive office at the William J. Clinton Foundation.

Anna holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University.
