Mindset partner Bridget Hagan selected by Federal Reserve Board to serve on Insurance Policy Advisory Committee.
The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the inaugural members of the Insurance Policy Advisory Committee (IPAC).
In recognition of her deep insurance policy expertise, Mindset Founding Partner Bridget Hagan was one of 21 individuals selected to serve on the Federal Reserve Board’s Insurance Policy Advisory Committee (IPAC).
The IPAC was formed by Congress to advise the Federal Reserve on insurance policy matters, including domestic and international regulatory issues facing the industry. The inaugural IPAC members include experts on life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and reinsurance. Members have professional backgrounds in insurance accounting, actuarial science, academia, insurance regulation, policyholder advocacy, capital markets, and other areas.
The inaugural IPAC members will serve staggered terms ranging from one to three years. Starting next year, the Board intends to annually appoint new members to the IPAC to serve three-year terms.
