Through my education, I bring a Political Science and Business background. I strive to maintain a positive and welcoming air with me in every room I walk into, creating a safe space to foster the blending of the diverse views, values, and minds we see here at Mindset.

As an events coordinator with over 10 years of customer service and hospitality experience, I have honed my ability to create impactful experiences and foster strong community relationships.

In 2020, I worked on a crowdsourcing campaign in Baltimore, focused on empowering local neighborhoods to direct the development of vacant lots and green spaces. This project underscores my commitment to community engagement and my ability to translate academic knowledge—gained from coursework in American Legal Theory, City Planning, and Environmental Law—into tangible results. My Business background provides a solid foundation in accounting and economics, further enhancing my capacity to contribute to strategic initiatives.
