Mindset Taps Public Affairs Veteran Jessica Rihani as First Ever COO

Mindset, a bipartisan public policy consultancy, is pleased to announce that public affairs veteran Jessica Rihani has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Rihani comes to Mindset after serving as Signal’s COO since 2016.

Since 2020, Mindset has focused on growing its deep bench of talented staff. Several experts have joined the firm, offering unique insights and counsel to clients in the financial services, energy and environment, telecom, media technology, and healthcare industries. Moving forward, Rihani will oversee the management of the growing firm.

With more than two decades of public affairs management experience, Jessica is the perfect choice to help our firm grow and achieve results for our clients. Jessica will play a vital role in building our team and expanding our work on issues at the center of the policy debate.

As a co-founder of McBee Strategic Consulting, Rihani was instrumental in growing the firm from a 3-person advocacy team to nearly 50 public affairs professionals. During her tenure, she played a key role diversifying McBee’s services by adding a communications team and to the subsequent acquisition by Wiley Rein, LLP. Under Rihani’s management, Signal served its clients in the areas of public affairs, government relations, strategic communications, and digital media.
