Senior Counsel for House Committee on Financial Services and former staffer for Senate HSGA Committee, Charlie Schreiber, joins Mindset

Washington, D.C. – August 30, 2021- Mindset, a bipartisan public policy firm, is pleased to announce that Charlie Schreiber has joined the firm as Director. Charlie most recently served as Senior Counsel of the House Committee on Financial Services under Ranking Member Patrick McHenry (NC-10), and previously served under Chairman Jeb Hensarling (TX-05). Schreiber split his time between investigations and policy work. He will play a leading role in Mindset’s respected financial services practice and advise clients on a variety of issues areas, including oversight matters.

Before joining the House Financial Services Committee, Schreiber served with then-Chairman Rob Portman on the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation. He was integral to a wide variety of investigations for the Subcommittee, including inquiries dealing with money laundering, healthcare, and education. A Cincinnati native, Schreiber began his career in the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office after graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
