Nimble yet highly meticulous in her approach to evaluating policy and delivering strategic insights, Lois plays an integral role in achieving meaningful results for Mindset’s clients.

With expertise in the financial services and technology sectors, Lois provides research and analysis on key policy trends and legislative, regulatory, and market activity, focusing on issues related to fintech, sustainable investing, and private equity. She also assists the leadership team to aid successful advocacy and coalition-building efforts, and supports the firm’s business development efforts as well.

Prior to joining Mindset, Lois worked in the foundation relations and corporate philanthropy office at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as the financial services department of the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.

Lois received a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lois’s hidden talent: She is an accomplished cello and piano player.
